We have had a lovely week doing lots of activities around the book The Little Red Hen. We have made bread with Gaynor, our cook, and talked about the changes that we saw. We have looked closely at Autumn seeds and also thought about how we can be kind to others. Julie Laming, from Mad4Dance, also came in and we loved her fantastic dance session that she did with us. Mr Croutear has taken some photos to put on Twitter, so do have a look. We have also won the Attendance Cup for the best class attendance again this week – that is twice so far and Class R have only been here for three weeks – fantastic effort !
This week we have our Reading meeting on Monday at 3:00pm and our first Parents Evening. I look forward to seeing you.
How you can help this week: We would be really grateful if your child could practise putting their coat on independently.
Congratulations to our two Learners of the Week. They are both always listening on the carpet and are ready to learn. They are both really polite and kind to others. Well done!
