Week beginning: 02.101.7

Well done to our pupil of the week. She was chosen for her resilience and hard work in her maths when learning about shapes.

This week in maths we have been learning about halving, doubling and shapes and in writing we have been writing letters to Sally MacArthur to advise her what material would be best for her to use, if she was to build a new boat.

We have again been exploring different ways we can dance and using language such as canon, unison, levels and speed to help to give each other positive and helpful feedback.

In Athletics we learnt how to do long jump and run over hurdles.

In RE we acted out the story Jonah and the whale. We discussed what we could learn about God from the story.
