As class 3 arrived into school on Monday they were greeted with a slight shock! They discovered that over aftermath an earthquake had happened. The children were evacuated by Mr Ruffle whilst Mr Diggins ensured the classroom was safe.
After putting the classroom back together, we spent the rest of the day learning about the layers of the earth by creating clay models and drawing diagrams.
We then researched earthquakes and created fact files explaining what they are and what to do if you find yourself in an earthquake.
