I hope you all had a brilliant half term!
On Tuesday, Class 1 were introduced to their new Literacy topic: Elves and the Shoemaker. As an immersion, the children had to take on the role of sneaky elves and create their own shoes, before the Shoemaker and his wife woke up!
The children created little stockings using felt, glue and a lot of glitter!
We all had a lot of fun pretending to be elves, working quickly to ensure we were not caught!
