We have had another great week learning all about Elmer the elephant. We have thought about the jungle as a setting and what we might take on a trip to the jungle to keep us healthy and safe. We have been around the school searching for 3D shapes and in PE we have been perfecting our bunny hops and balancing.

This week we will be looking at poems from the book Rumble in the Jungle and singing the Animal Boogie.

Thank you to those of you that are completing the maths challenges and practising the words sent home with your children – it really makes a difference.

Next Tuesday, 3rd December, I am planning on having a sewing afternoon. If anyone would like to help, please could you let me know – I would be very grateful!
