Class 5 enjoyed a fascinating trip to Fishbourne Roman Palace as the ‘fantastic finale’ to their project, ‘Gladiators…ready!’. We explored the main exhibition and amazing mosaics, as well as the grounds and gardens. In our workshop, we dressed as slaves and took part in various activities, such as wool spinning, wax tablet writing, mosaic making and arch building.
