Class 4

Week beginning 10/2/20

Well done to our pupil of the week. He was chosen for his amazing effort during test week. Despite finding a problem challenging, he tried several ways, not giving up.

This week we have been learning more about the artist Henri Rousseau, we have learnt about different techniques when using water colour pencils and paint. We learn key vocabulary when discussing artists work.

In RE, we have been learning about how Hindus and Christians remember through story telling. We have been, discussing how we can use every day objects to help remind us of key messages. We also learnt about Ganesh.

In writing, we have continued to learn about subordinate and relative clauses and how we could use these in our persuasive writing.

In Maths, we have learnt about line graphs and how we can use these to gather information.

In assembly, we were so lucky to be visited by Bournemouth orchestra, they even came round to our classrooms to answer all of our questions.

Thank you to all the parents who came to our Fantastic Finale. We really appreciate all of your support.

Have a safe and lovely half term.

Mrs Miller
