I hope everyone has had a nice half term!
This week in maths we will be focusing on temperature and picture graphs, as well as recapping what we have already learned about telling the time.
In English, we wrote up a recount of what we got up to over the half term yesterday and will be working on writing different sentence types (statement, command, question and exclamation). We will also begin work on our story ‘The Papaya That Spoke’.
In our topic, ‘Animal Magic’ we were introduced to a range of nocturnal animals and will be creating fact files over the coming weeks.
In Music, we began work on our reggae unit and the pupils experimented with tempo, dynamics and pulse.
In Science, our unit this term is ‘Living Things and their Habitats’. We will be completing a sorting activity later in the week and exploring different habitats.
