We have had another great week in Class R.
We started off on Monday learning all about the Dragon Boat Festival; we made dragon boats out of big construction and pretended to have races to the sound of a drum beat. We also made up some lion dances in our groups.
Our story this week has been The Three Little Fish and we have enjoyed making paper plate fish, making up some water music with the instruments, and re-writing the story. We have also been doing lots of problem solving with addition and sharing in maths.
Our Learner of the Week this week is Helena, for her wonderful recount of the Three Little Fish. Well done, Helena.
Next week we have our Sports Afternoon on Wednesday – please could your child wear their PE kits to school on this day, please, as well as on Friday?
